- Need a way to label a change as not needing translation.
Say Chee Ho corrects a spelling mistake in the Chinese version. From then on, all other languages will be labeled as needing update. But really they don't. It may take a while before someone "translates" from Chinese to English, and then allows someone else to "translate" from English to French. In this case, the person "translating" from English to French will see no change whatsoever (because the English translator just saved the English version without any change) and will have no idea what's going on.
May be better to allow Chee Ho to label his change as not needing translation at all!
