- The option to tag an edit as being an "Urgent Translation Request" should only be offered when you are creating brand new content. In other words, when you are simply translating content, this option should not be offered (it's just confusing, and if used, may lead to problems and even more confusion down the line).
ML: And it should only be shown if the current page is in a translation set. Plus, I changed to high priority because this causes questions/issues with users.
20080621 ML: It has been corrected for new pages (great) but it's still a problem for existing pages which are not in a translation set. - Iteration
