A User Task, typically done by a Page Translator.
This task assumes that a page in say, English and its translation in say, French, have already been written and their languages assigned to them, but they have not been linked as being translations of one another.
Associating translations in this way is not the most typical case, but can be useful to correct errors where a page was erroneously assigned to be the translation of the wrong page, or when people are trying to deal with legacy multilingual wiki sites (i.e. multilingual sites where people manually associated pages to their translations using hyperlinks on each pages).
