- The Page translation box at the top right does a reasonable job at conveying the message to the reader that this is a multilingual site.
But maybe it could do better, for example, by including some sort of internationalisation logo to bring the eye to it more. For example, the i18n logo on this page: http://www.wiki-translation.com/tiki-admin.php, or something like this: http://www.recitlangues.org/projets/documents/esl/flags/PICTURES/FLAGS.JPG^
