Wiki-translation discussion

I'm afraid that there is a bug that prevents doing so, and can introduce quite a lot of noise in big communities like doc.tw.o or twbasics.keycontent.com, since after upgrade of 1.9 to 1.10 left all translated (and very outdated) pages as if they were all in synchrony at upgrade time...
