Task done by a ((Page Translator)). When translating a page from say, English to French, the English content is pasted into the French side. If the English side contains some internal links to pages that have a known French translation, then the system automatically translates the link. For links that do not have a French transltion yet, it marks them up something like: {TranslationOf: english link} This special markup gets rendered as a dangling link with anchor: 'Traduction de: english link'.
