When working on a translation, translator needs a way to tell visitors that this page is currently being translated.
One way to support this would be that when the source language content is pasted into the target language version, a disclaimer is automatically inserted at the top, saying that this page is under translation. The translator can simply delete that disclaimer when he's done.
