Say, a ((Page Author)) renames an English page. Say this page has a French translation. Should the French translation now be considered out of date? In a way, yes, because it may be that its name needs to be changed also. So there should be something on the French page signalling that some translation operation is needed. Should this signal be a "special" signal (i.e. page needs to be renamed)? Or should it just say that the French page is X% out of date (X being a very small number obviously since only the title changed).
