History: Receives Notification of Changes to a Source Page

Task done by a Page Translator.

Say, the translator adopted a particular French page and its translators in Spanish and English.

When a change is made to any of them, he receives a notification so he can replicate the change in other language versions.

This may already be implemented, but I don't know.
