A Page Author is someone who at the moment is mostly concerned with creating or modifying pages in a single given language. At the moment, this person is not concerned with translation of this content in other languages, although later on, she might switch roles and assume the role of a ((Page Translator)). But while acting as a ((Page Author)), she does not want to be encumbered by multilingual issues.
