    Looks pretty good.

Here are some comments. BTW: I would like to be able to reference specific parts of the video by time or frame, but I don't see that information when I view the video (I seem to be using something called Wink to view it).

The sequence showing how the Admin activates multilingual features is good for tutorial purposes, but might be left out of the short "flashy demo" video. As Seb pointed out, 2 mins seems to be the average attention span of the zap generration ;-).

In the sequence where a translator creates a French page, the name of the page should be "Bienvenue" and not "Welcome, fr".

I think the sequence that shows how you can Quick edit a German page, and then later on associate it with the English version is again good for a complete tutorial video. But I think we should leave out of the demo video. I think it will be a very un-common scenario.

That's it for now. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the video.

PS: I will answer your questions above by putting my answers inlined with the wiki page.

You can reference the time index, it is showing in a standard Flash player.

Yes, I wanted to show that Tiki can handle any sort of naming convention.

OK. I'll redo it, based entirely on the tracker outline.
